Shipping Mode

Delivery will take place upon payment receipt between 1-5 working days. For Mimos Pillow order, we ship with next day courier delivery.

Shipping fee is based on each product weight. Some product will be based on a volumetric weight due to its size.

Singapore Local Order

All domestic order will be shipped via Singpost Normal Mail or Registered Mail / SmartPac / TAQBIN courier; depend on type of the product.

PLEASE NOTE: we are not responsible / liable for missing item during shipping. Please make sure all shipping details are correct. REGISTERED MAIL is highly recommended.

International Order 

MIMOS PILLOW ORDER

If you are residing in Indonesia, you can purchase Mimos Pillow in Rupiah.

Payment can be done via bank transfer to local Indonesia Bank: BCA.

On stock item located in Indonesia, delivery will be done via JNE, if not item will be courier from Singapore.

If you are residing outside Singapore, we can offer you a special courier fee via TNT or FEDEX as below table.

We are not responsible in the event of non-delivery, postal/custom delays, breakage or loss.

Refund and Exchange Policy

We do not adopt refund policy.

Exchange policy is applied due to product faulty and customer is responsible for shipping charges assiciated with teh exchange.
